Introducing: Dark Tales
The darker side of fairy tales.
The cute, the horror, the sweet, the hopeless.
The moments where you hold your breath and your heart races a little faster.
The moments of sweet, unexpected relief.
That's where this program lives.
Last year, we presented Homecoming, our personal journeys intersected with yours.
This year, we present Dark Tales, an immersive dark fairy tale experience combining the arts of written, visual, and musical storytelling.
Thanks to the Canada Council for the Arts ( @canada.council ), we have been awarded full funding to take this program on tour in Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia in May 2024.
We are excited to have been selected to present the first iteration of this program on October 21st at Tanna Schulich Hall at 2PM as part of McGill @schulichmusic homecoming weekend. It seems fitting that we start this next journey through homecoming.
